Muller Shipping Corporation Copyright & Web Site User Agreement Terms and Conditions of Use Thank you for your interest in our web site. The site is provided by Muller Shipping Corporation ("Muller"). This is a statement of the terms and conditions ("Terms") under which you may use the site and the information contained therein. Part 1: Copyright The material contained within the Muller Shipping Corporation Web Site ("The Site"), including but not limited to text, data, software, graphics, logos and other material ("Material") is the property of Muller who retain full copyright of the Material. Use of the Material is provided to Clients of Muller and selected other individuals, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users". Clients and other authorized Users are permitted to download material for use, with proper attribution, in their daily business within their own organization. This permission strictly prohibits the distribution or sharing of information available on The Site with any persons or organizations not within the User's organization, whether in the form of reports, presentations, tables, charts, literature, documentation or other materials, whether in their original form or after having been modified. Dissemination of any information obtained from The Site without the express written permission of Muller is prohibited. Part 6: Indemnity The User agrees and hereby undertakes to hold Muller and its affiliated companies, its agents, officers and employees ("Indemnified Parties") harmless against all demands, actions, claims, liabilities, losses, costs, charges and expenses ("Claims") arising out of your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of this Agreement. This undertaking shall apply only to the extent that the Indemnified Parties are named, or threatened with being so named, in an action or proceeding alleging that the Material on The Site was false or misleading or otherwise partially or wholly gave rise to the alleged cause of action. Part 7: Jurisdiction & Arbitration Muller Shipping Corporation is a registered business in the state of New York, United States of America. All legal claims relating to and arising from use of the Material incorporated in The Site shall be subject to and judged in accordance with the laws of the state of New York and/or the federal laws of the United States of America. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in the U.S.A. in the event of any such action. If you access The Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction with regard to the downloading of Material.
